Hi, I'm Aaron Seltzer!

Responsive HTML Email Design for Train 2.0
I designed a responsive HTML email for Train 2.0 to promote upcoming skating clinics to their mailing list. The email was created in Figma and emphasizes key brand calls to action, such as improving skating mechanics and increasing player speed. The design highlights the prestigious backgrounds of the host coaches and features strong visuals that distinguish elite skaters from average ones.
SharpCharts Redesign
I collaborated on the design of the primary chart service of StockCharts with the CEO, VP, and lead developer. Creating designs in Figma and delivering a new UI for SharpCharts3 product release.
Train 2.0 Web Design
I designed the Train 2.0 website using Thinkific, a platform similar to WordPress but specifically tailored for course membership sites. In addition to building the web pages, I created the brand logo, content thumbnails, and some of the learning materials. My work with Train 2.0 has been ongoing freelance work since I met Jason, the founder and former professional hockey player associated with the company. Together, we have grown membership from 1,927 members in 2019 to over 12,000 and counting.

StockCharts Apple Watch Alerts
In Figma, I created a mock-up for StockCharts for how an Apple Watch Alert could function. This project was to follow the Camano tech release which also included StockCharts' first mobile charting app.
StockCharts.com Asset Library on Figma
After learning Figma to pitch new UI/UX ideas to the CEO and Founder of StockCharts, he asked me to create a design library for developers and others in the company that may need StockCharts.com web assets.
Beyond 7 Blog
How can we promote greater employee engagement and foster relationships beyond the workplace? This question was posed to me by the General Manager of KIRO TV. The solution I suggested was to create a WordPress site accessible to all employees, including those who may not be active on social media. The primary focus of the blog is to highlight events that employees would like to promote, whether they are company-sponsored or personally inspired. Employees can comment on posts and connect with new acquaintances they meet at these events. Additionally, they can organize their own activities, such as pickup basketball games, and seek volunteers for their favorite charities.

KIRO 7 iPhone app reimagine
This application was my experiment with trying to create a better user experience for people using News apps. Personally, I don't like many of the News apps out there because they flood you with too much content, and it's hard to access with one finger. Some get it right in one or two sections, and then they drop the ball. I'd love to see Cox Media take a hard look at this interface and offer a top notch product to the many markets they cover. Traditional TV News viewers have moved on to mobile, and someone really should meet their needs.

Good Night: Concept App
The one app that helps you put down your phone and discount at night so that you can get a good night of rest. The inspiration for this app was one late night of restlessness and screen checking.
